Surface Data

The focus in this part is to represent different sets of surface mechanisms for etching and deposition processes to be used in surface models and data such as sticking coefficients to be used in plasma simulations. These data are compiled from peer-reviewed articles; however, due to the many effects influencing surface reactions, these should be rather seen as guidelines than precise values. The advisory board members are invited to review and leave their feedback to the sets.
